  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed on the next business day.
  • During sales, festivals, or peak seasons, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Time

Estimated delivery times are:

  • Metro Cities: 2–5 Business Days
  • Other Cities & Towns: 3–7 Business Days
  • Remote Locations: 5–10 Business Days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times and may vary due to courier delays, weather conditions, public holidays, or other unforeseen circumstances.


Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, if applicable, are calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.

We may occasionally offer Free Shipping on selected products or promotional campaigns.


Order Tracking

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking details.

You can use the tracking number provided to monitor your shipment until it is delivered.


Shipping Address

SSR WEAR is not responsible for delays or failed deliveries caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer.

If you need to update your shipping address after placing an order, please contact us immediately at s2rcodes@gmail.com. Address changes can only be made before the order has been dispatched.


Delayed Deliveries

While we strive to deliver every order within the estimated timeframe, delays may occasionally occur due to circumstances beyond our control, including:

  • Incorrect shipping information

If your order is significantly delayed, please contact us and we will assist you in tracking your shipment.


Damaged or Incorrect Orders

Please inspect your package immediately upon delivery.

  • An incorrect product

  • Clear photographs of the product and packaging

Undeliverable Packages

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address, failed delivery attempts, or refusal to accept the package, we will contact you to arrange re-shipment. Additional shipping charges may apply.


International Shipping

Currently, SSR WEAR ships only within India.

We do not offer international shipping at this time. Any future changes to our shipping destinations will be updated on this page.
